You’ll take a key role in the front end programming, coordinate design, problem solve issues, foster a team culture committed to health & safety, and drive quality work. With the support of an experienced QS you will oversee the contract administration and report on financial performance.
You will also support the regional manager on managing relationships with complex stakeholders — balancing commercial, programming, and technical outcomes with maintaining positive relationships with clients and contractors.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead a large technical build underway in the Lower South Island, you could relocate for the project or work out of the Christchurch or Dunedin office and travel to site as needed.
It’s a role for someone who enjoys a good mix of office and site based work, and technical problem solving.
