- Review paperwork for all incoming samples to ensure completeness and accuracy;
- Grow your skills in a lab environment where safety, speed, and service matter.
- Keep critical operations flowing by supporting sample integrity and accurate data entry;
- Answer client and customer inquiries via phone and email;
- Be the first touchpoint for incoming samples that fuel our analytical work;
- Inspect samples to confirm proper matrix and integrity are maintained;
- Maintain a clean and organized work area aligned with safety protocols;
- Perform administrative tasks including scanning, mailing, filing, etc.;
- Enter sample and Chain of Custody data into the LIMS system;
- Ensure samples are stored in appropriate locations for analysis;

- 1 year of data entry experience preferred;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking;
- Strong communication skills and professional phone/email presence;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time during work tasks;
- Comfort working with refrigerated or occasionally hazardous materials (with proper safety equipment provided);
- Capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing between 15–50 lbs as needed.
