1-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or program operations.
This position may require travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, to support project needs, attend meetings, or conduct site visits.
Have significant attention to detail—you double-check your work and know your numbers.
Internal teams have clear insights into contractor performance and program compliance.
Experience working with construction professionals, contractors, or home services businesses (ideally in HVAC, weatherization, electrical or plumbing).
Communicate tough messages effectively – Be comfortable delivering difficult news while maintaining trust and credibility.
Have experience training others, both one-on-one and in large group settings.
Are a creative problem solver who can think outside the box.
