- Compile project records progressively in digital format
- Update isometric drawings with symbols, welder IDs, dates, and NDE report IDs using PDF markup software
- Organize inspection records to ensure field traceability
- Review inspection documentation for accuracy and integrity
- Match NDE and Material Test Records to applicable welding and traceability documents
- Maintain all Quality and Inspection logs, including project Weld Logs
- Review calibration documentation for conformance to inspection requirements
- Coach and mentor personnel on documentation completeness and accuracy
- Use multiple platforms to organize digital records
- Perform frequent audits of documentation to verify compliance
- Compile paper records for project turnover in an organized, neat fashion when required
- Coordinate use of eyes, hands, and feet during tasks

The Quality Administrator reports to the site Quality Manager or Sr. Quality Field Operations Manager and indirectly to the Sr. Manager of Quality Control. The role focuses on collecting and managing documentation that demonstrates conformance to project specifications, requiring knowledge of material traceability, inspection requirements, and construction documentation turnover. Travel up to 100% is required, with the position based on the Boise, ID project site.
Candidates must have at least one year of QA/QC experience (or equivalent engineering/technical education) and three years of construction experience, with proficiency in P&IDs, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and construction management software. Experience with weld and flange mapping, traceability, and platforms such as Smartsheet or InEight is preferred. Strong organizational, document‑management, and communication skills are required.

- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance

- Experience with P&IDs and system breakdowns for turnover packages
- Extreme proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint
- Prior experience with weld mapping, flange mapping, and traceability on industrial or oil & gas projects
- Demonstrated experience with construction management software platforms
- Proven capability with Bluebeam Revu (required)
- Preferred experience with Smartsheet and InEight software
- Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project-specific regulations
- General understanding of construction inspection requirements in industrial projects
- Familiarity with various drawing types, plans, and details
- Ability to read and interpret NDE reports, weld maps, MTRs, torque reports, and other inspection records
- Exceptional organizational skills for presenting work digitally and physically
- Knowledge of document management processes and procedures
- Attention to minor detail when assembling turnover records
- Ability to maintain focus for extended periods reviewing documentation accuracy
- Capability to read and understand material requirements on MTRs and Bill of Materials
- Familiar with reading and interpreting isometric drawings
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Stamina for repetitive tasks over several hour intervals
- Ability to work in uncontrolled environmental conditions with varying weather and site conditions
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (safety shoes, gloves, glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, etc.)
- Ability to move in confined, cluttered, and uneven areas
- Capability to work at heights and follow fall‑protection requirements
- Skill in evaluating information based on measurable standards and recognizing visual details
