Lead marketing planning and efforts from planning, pre-opening to go-to-market and operational ready stages.
Be responsible for planning, feasibility and commercial/financial projections, development progress monitoring, and operationalization.
Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to identify and manage any changes that may arise from construction cost increases, area and product mix evolution or changes in the asset categories like hotels, retail, convention centers, offices, etc.
Engage with prospective tenant partners, hotel operators, retail, convention center stakeholders, to ensure leasing timelines are adhered to and any marquee/anchor deals are secured as per timelines agreed with the leadership team
Develop business plans, ensuring that projects and product development are aligned with revenue projections in the business plan.
Lead market research efforts to constantly update and benchmark commercial parameters with the market.
Work with the Design and architecture team to ensure the vision for the projects translates to the final product in terms of customer experience, area utilization & efficiencies, and circulation & access.

Strong leadership and team management abilities
Extensive experience in real estate Business Development & leasing industry
Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Proven track record in leasing and managing retail & office spaces for a large portfolio of 2-4 million square feet or more
Master of Business Administration in Marketing or Strategy would be ideal.
