- Provide courteous assistance to tenants and visitors at the front desk.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines.
- Organize materials, tools, and supplies to create a functional and efficient work environment.
- Perform daily tasks and responsibilities as outlined, ensuring organizational goals and objectives are met.
- Participate in additional activities as assigned to support team objectives and ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist tenants with activating/deactivating accounts and resolving issues.
- Complete light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and professional workspace.
- Serve as a Courtesy Officer to enforce property rules and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Dust surfaces and equipment regularly to ensure cleanliness and prevent accumulation.
