Property Concierge

Description

• Provide courteous assistance to tenants and visitors at the front desk.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines.
• Organize materials, tools, and supplies to create a functional and efficient work environment.
• Perform daily tasks and responsibilities as outlined, ensuring organizational goals and objectives are met.
• Participate in additional activities as assigned to support team objectives and ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist tenants with activating/deactivating accounts and resolving issues.
• Complete light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and professional workspace.
• Serve as a Courtesy Officer to enforce property rules and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Dust surfaces and equipment regularly to ensure cleanliness and prevent accumulation.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of parking systems is a plus.
• Prior experience in concierge or tenant relations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to enforce property rules in a professional and friendly manner.
• Customer service training preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills to address tenant parking and account issues effectively.
