MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Ridge at Castle Rock, located in Castle Rock, CO! This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!
Candidates must have recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community and proven supervisory or management experience. Yardi experience is preferred, and strong team‑building and effective management skills are required. Demonstrated operational expertise in marketing, budgeting, and sales is essential, and applicants must hold a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
The role offers a salary of $75,000‑$78,000 annually, with monthly and performance‑based incentive bonuses, company profit sharing, and rental discounts. Benefits include 10 days of paid time off, 10 paid holidays, 2 paid personal days, 48 hours of paid sick time, a 401(k) with employer match, medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and employee assistance programs. The position is expected to be filled in February 2026.
