Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent work experience (Nice to have but not required)
Strong MEP knowledge
Prior experience working for a commercial or industrial general contractor is strongly preferred, but experience with a major subcontractor will be considered
Prior experience working on industrial or large commercial projects is a requirement
10+ years of experience being a Project Manager leading commercial or industrial construction projects
Benefits
Base Pay Range: $140k-180k depending on experience
