Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à faire preuve de proactivité.
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie de la construction dans un rôle en santé et sécurité.
Flexibilité dans l’horaire de travail pour respecter les échéances.
Former les employés en protection contre les chutes, entrée en espace clos, protection et contrôle de la circulation, SIMDUT, protection respiratoire, intervention d’urgence.
Être un(e) ambassadeur(drice) de l’inclusion et de la diversité.
Solide connaissance de la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité au travail et du Règlement sur les projets de construction.
Maîtrise du français requise; capacité à communiquer en anglais, un atout.
Offrir des séances d’orientation en santé et sécurité aux employés, ainsi que des orientations spécifiques aux chantiers pour les travailleurs, les propriétaires et les clients.
Effectuer des observations comportementales sur les chantiers.
Expérience en SST avec Hydro-Québec, un atout.
