Provide environmental support for supervisors and subcontractors to address, scope, quality, and compliance concerns.
Oversee and support coordination and scheduling team with all required notes and documentation for environmental related work orders using Yardi.

Prior experience with EPA regulations.
Vocational or technical training such as OSHA 30 or OSHA HAZWOPER.
Past knowledge with facility management systems such as Yardi, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.
Experience with safety compliance protocols.
Ability comprehend and communicate complex information, verbally and written, in English to organization staff, clients, families, and external customers.
Associate's degree.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1-3 years of supervisory experience.
5-8 years of relevant work experience at minimum.
Experience with computer systems, including web based applications and Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Class 3 O&M asbestos certifications.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of remediation and abatement concepts, practices, and policies with the ability to use in complex varied situations.
A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
