Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing roles, with increasing levels of responsibility.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Steel toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
Proven track record in vendor negotiations, cost control, and contract management.
Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
