The Inclusion & Corporate Responsibility Advisor will develop, implement and report on inclusion and corporate responsibility strategies for the Asia business. Working with internal CR Champions and external partners, the role embeds ESG principles into operations, projects and client delivery, ensuring alignment with both global sustainability commitments and local priorities.
Key responsibilities cover environmental sustainability, social impact and partnership management. This includes advancing the regional Net Zero roadmap, improving environmental performance tools, integrating sustainability into policies, coordinating diversity and inclusion events, delivering social impact programmes, and building collaborations with charities, educational institutions and industry bodies.
The advisor also oversees the CR Representative network across Asia, providing guidance, training and communications to ensure local initiatives align with regional and global goals. Accurate collection and reporting of environmental and community data, support for governance processes, and the creation of engagement materials are essential to promote a culture of inclusion and responsibility.
- Support the development and implementation of the regional Net Zero roadmap.
- Create tools and processes to improve environmental performance across projects and offices.
- Integrate sustainability considerations into regional policies and procedures.
- Research regional sustainability trends to keep initiatives fit for purpose.
- Coordinate collection, consolidation and quality assurance of environmental data for reporting.
- Maintain the Environmental Management System and assist with ISO 14001 audits.
- Coordinate and support diversity and inclusion events, communications and reporting.
- Lead the design and delivery of regional and local social impact programmes aligned with the CR strategy.
- Organise fundraising, volunteering and pro‑bono activities to boost employee engagement and community benefit.
- Build and manage partnerships with charities, educational institutions and industry bodies.
- Develop collaborative, shared‑value initiatives with clients to strengthen market position.
- Manage the network of CR Representatives across Asia, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure local delivery of initiatives aligns with regional and global priorities.
- Develop tools, training and communications to enable CR Representatives as effective ambassadors.
- Provide accurate, timely reporting of environmental and community data for regional, global and client disclosures.
- Refine CR reporting to deliver clear insights into environmental and community impact.
- Support internal governance processes to maintain accountability and strategic alignment.
- Create communications and engagement materials to raise awareness of inclusion and CR activities internally and externally.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, social and environmental responsibility throughout the region.
- Engage stakeholders effectively and collaborate across disciplines.

- Hold a relevant degree (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrate experience in ESG, sustainability or corporate responsibility.
- Possess working knowledge of ESG frameworks such as GRI, TCFD and SDGs.
- Exhibit strong data analysis and reporting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Show excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrate coordination and organisational capabilities.
