Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP). As certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain active while holding this title.
12+ years of relevant professional related experience
For Engineers and Architects, Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. For Professionals with specialized Master-level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related is acceptable.
