Crestron is seeking a Commercial AV Vertical Market Manager for the Southeast territory. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with end users and consultants across higher education, K‑12, government and enterprise accounts. Candidates must reside in the region.
The manager will align internal support resources, manage the full sales lifecycle, identify new opportunities, suggest designs, and assist with submittals and order closing. Success requires intuitive interpersonal skills, outstanding organization, and proven leadership to streamline processes and maximize workflow. This is a fast‑growing organization with a collaborative culture.
- 5+ years experience with commercial AV and/or unified communications solutions in a technical role.
- Proven sales track record with consultants and end users, including small and large institutions.
- Strong communication skills with consultants and engineers.
- Experience with CRM/forecasting tools; Salesforce preferred.
- Willingness to develop deep knowledge of Crestron products and demonstrate them to clients.
- Understanding of procurement, budgeting, IT procurement and facilities management processes.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60% within Southeast territory.
- College/university degree preferred; must reside in GA, FL, TN, AL, NC/SC.
Benefits
The position offers a base salary plus target sales incentive ranging from $160,000 to $220,000+, depending on location and experience.
