The primary focus is to oversee the end‑to‑end bid and proposal process, ensuring submissions are high‑quality, compliant and timed to maximise the Catapult’s chance of winning work. The role works cross‑functionally to support strategic alignment, drive continuous improvement and uphold equity, inclusivity and diversity throughout the process.
Candidates need several years of bid‑management experience, strong planning, prioritisation and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office 365. Additional qualifications such as experience with Horizon Europe, Innovate UK, APMP Foundation certification, or familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Power BI are considered advantageous.
