Support synergies with CORE Group.
Participate in and support the development of practice wide sustainability services.
Support projects in Sustainability, Resilience and/or carbon optimization.
Collaborate and support sustainable strategies and carbon optimization services to architects and owners/developers; this may include a basic understanding of Carbon Life-Cycle Analysis, water budgeting, materials research, or planning

At least 2 years of experience in sustainability consulting, building science, engineering, or other related fields
Technical knowledge in the building industry and ability to navigate all aspects of construction documentation
Team oriented and the ability to work independently, proactive in engagement with consulting work
Primary focus on California and West Coast architects and developers with the ability to collaborate on projects across the country and around the globe as the opportunities arise with our clients.

Strong communication and problem solving skills
At a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree and a LEED Green Associate credential or LEED Accredited Professional or ability to obtain credential within six months of employment
