Requirements

• Must have a number of years (5+) as a Project Manager within a head contractor (buildings not civil/infra), and have a good reputation with local sub-contractors delivering these types of projects
• Must be a polished character, with strong leadership traits, and comfortable with client and stakeholder management
• A talent for communication and collaboration
• Have experience delivering technically tricky builds - from the above-noted project types, over $15M
