Supplier Quality Manager

Description

• Delivering training on inspection processes, lessons learnt, best practices in manufacturing and quality control, development of subordinates
• Conducting supplier assessment, manufacturing feasibility studies
• Development of QAPs/ITPs, QC procedures for in-house and outsourced manufacturing, ensuring effective implementation of controls
• Quality system performance monitoring, and data analysis: capturing data from inspections and supplier evaluations, analyzing trends, implementing changes, MIS presentations to management
• Carrying out performance evaluations of suppliers, identifying areas of improvement, contributing to supplier development
• Conducting inspections at suppliers, planning and coordination for effective management of QC resources, coordination with TPIAs as per requirement
• Capturing and analyzing deviations through inspections and process audits, conducting RCAs, collaborating with cross-functions in driving implementation of corrective actions.
• Quality documentation, preparing and reviewing quality dossiers, development, review and approval of WPS and PQRs
