Cross-Team Coordination: Efficiently coordinate internal teams such as project development, technical design, engineering delivery, and renewable energy (PV/Storage) supply. Collaborate closely with external stakeholders including clients, government bodies, power grid companies, and suppliers to advance project execution.
Commercial and Contract Management: Participate in project cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling, commercial negotiations, and manage the fulfillment and compliance of related contracts.
Client Needs Translation and Relationship Development: Accurately understand and translate core client requirements (e.g., PUE, WUE, CUE, reliability tiers, delivery timeline) to ensure project solutions closely align with client specifications. Furthermore, proactively explore new data center end-client opportunities and deeply maintain existing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire data center project lifecycle, including client development, preliminary site selection, acquisition of land/power grid/water resources, cost and budget management, design coordination, construction coordination, and green energy supply. Develop the master project plan, monitor key milestones, and manage project scope, quality, cost, and schedule risks to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Project Resource Coordination and Acquisition: Lead the acquisition of critical resources during the project initiation phase. Drive and manage the project approval and permitting processes, including but not limited to the assessment, negotiation, and acquisition of project land, procedures, and permits. Successfully obtain all key permits and approvals required for project development.
