The Party Chief is responsible for all layout activities and ensures safe, accurate work. The role requires a solid understanding of SQP goals, daily communication with project leadership, and resolution of tolerance conflicts and field constructability issues. The Party Chief also contributes to safety by perpetuating the IIF culture.
