Ground Control is seeking an experienced Arboricultural Operative for its Rail & Infrastructure team to deliver safe, high‑quality tree works across highways, railways, utilities and construction sites.

Hold NPTC Units 201, 202, 203, and FMO qualifications, plus First Aid and forestry certification.
Possess a full UK driving licence and flexibility to work away from home.
Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Desirable: CPCS Red Card for excavators, NPORS/CPCS Slinger Signaller or Banksman certification.
Desirable: PTS (Personal Track Safety) and Highways Passport.
Desirable: NPTC Units 206, 306, 308, 307 for rope access, aerial rescue, cutting and pruning.
Desirable: Experience operating excavators in arboricultural tasks.
