Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
Train staff on CMMS usage, planning, and scheduling best practices.
Plan and prioritize work orders to optimize labor and resource utilization.
Administer and maintain the CMMS platform (Maintenance Connection).
Generate reports and dashboards for KPIs, compliance, and performance tracking.
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for water and wastewater assets.
Ensure data integrity for equipment, inventory, and work orders.

Requirements

Associate degree in engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes preferred.
2+ years of experience administering Maintenance Connection or similar CMMS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within industrial or municipal environments.
SQL or database management knowledge.
Travel may be required up to 50%.
Excellent communication and training abilities.
Understanding of reliability-centered maintenance principles.
