We are seeking an Associate Director/Principal to prepare and manage high‑quality environmental impact assessments and approvals. The role requires collaboration, technical leadership and the confidence to deliver superior environmental services for our clients.
- Undertake and coordinate environmental impact assessments and approvals on high‑profile, multidisciplinary projects with industry specialists.
- Collaborate with clients and AECOM design teams to integrate environmental considerations throughout design development and construction.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding team members to identify risks, solve problems and communicate changes during planning, design and approval processes.
- Project‑manage, develop bids and build relationships with clients and stakeholders across various projects.
- Communicate technical information clearly in professional reports and client communications.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as environmental science.
- Demonstrate proven environmental impact assessment and approvals experience across multiple market sectors, with a strong industry reputation.

- Maintain positive peer and client relationships through emotional intelligence and a client‑focused mindset.
