Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting resident social events.
Ensure the property remains in impeccable condition. Conduct annual unit inspections and coordinate maintenance requests. Follow-up with residents to ensure our product and services have exceeded their satisfaction.
Create a memorable and seamless move-in and move-out for our residents in collaboration with the property team.
Develop, execute, and monitor a marketing and social media strategy in partnership with the corporate marketing team and property leadership. Conduct regular market surveys and track effectiveness of current strategies. Listen and understand the market landscape. Share insights and ideas with leadership and corporate partners.
Lease apartments to prospective tenants and maximize revenue by effectively selling the value of our properties.

A minimum of 2 years of market rate leasing experience preferred. Previous sales experience also preferred.
Computer proficiency included but not limited to Microsoft Office.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the property as well as company needs.
This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines/interruptions.
High school or GED required.
Ability to plan and prioritize efficiently and motivate/lead team members.
Be proactive about solving problems, even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiates and responsibilities as they emerge.
