Plumbing Operations Manager

Description

• Support dispatch operations to ensure accurate job scheduling, technician matching, and proper time documentation.
• Coordinate with HR weekly on staffing needs and manpower planning.
• Manage branch expenses including labor, vendor contracts, inventory, and fleet operations.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, permitting, and local code requirements.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and company safety standards, including training, assessments, and corrective actions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly through clear, professional communication.
• Review service documentation, conduct job site evaluations, and maintain procedural compliance among field personnel.
• Recruit, hire, and develop service staff; manage performance, schedules, priorities, and assignments to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Attend and participate in company-sponsored training and leadership development.
• Deliver ongoing technical and communication training through ride-alongs, in-house sessions, webinars, and company learning platforms.
• Oversee facility maintenance, inspections, and repairs to safeguard company assets.
• Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency and achieve target gross margins.
