Assist with the installation, inspection, and testing of solar PV electrical components including inverters, combiner boxes, conduit runs and wiring systems.
Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all job sites.
Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, and materials used.

NABCEP PV Installer Certification
Ability to move safely over uneven terrain.
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and at heights. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
CPR/First Aid
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
IT/networking skills: Familiarity with RS485, Modbus, tcp/ip, etc.
Ability to work in extreme weather.
High school diploma or GED required.
Inverter and/or BESS manufacturers’ certifications (e.g SunGrow, Power Electronics, Solectria, BYD, etc) a plus
Thermography certifications (Level 1)
Wellbeing and Employee Assistance
Ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly.
Field-based role with frequent travel to project sites.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
Minimum OSHA 10/30 Certification
Ability to sit or drive for prolonged periods.
Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 50 pound.
Extensive travel regionally and occasionally nationally, to meet client field operation’s needs.
Basic understanding of electrical theory and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Completion of NFPA 70E courses
Exposure to varying weather conditions and potential electrical hazards.
