Stevens Industries is seeking a proven manufacturing leader to join our team as a Production Supervisor on the first‑shift plant floor. The role demands hands‑on experience, the ability to balance quality, efficiency, and people, and a drive to make a real impact in a fast‑paced environment.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field—or equivalent experience—and possesses a solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing. Strong leadership, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software, are essential.
