Run, interrogate and mitigate/correct the programme health check software to validate programme robustness, logical links, negative float and other programme specifics deemed necessary.
Produce a fully logically linked programme from procurement inclusive of design, approvals, lead in periods, construction activities both Build and MEP; including short term programmes, look ahead programmes, trade or sub-contractor programmes, recovery programmes and design programmes.
Develop construction programmes for multiple projects in liaison with Project/Construction Managers.
Assist in production of the progress trackers, liaising with the project’s construction managers. Produce/input into the internal planners’ reporting pack for the monthly commercial meeting which includes rescheduling, drop line and progressed items with percentage of completion.
Attend Client meetings along with the site team and demonstrate presentation skills (including visual presentation) to inform the Client’s team of methodology and logistics.
