Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure favorable terms, cost control, and alignment with Equity ECS quality and performance expectations.
Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, establishing milestone dates and ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with contract requirements, client expectations, and company priorities.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation—including scopes of work, contracts, purchase orders, reports, and budget updates—to support clear communication and accountability across teams.
Support preconstruction by reviewing estimates, evaluating project approaches, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and deliver value.
Monitor project performance metrics and reporting, maintaining visibility into costs, progress, and resource needs to ensure proactive decision-making.

Partner closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure the project is constructed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
