Compiling data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
Demonstrates model home features and benefits. Provides information about the community while emphasizing the company’s value.
Enters and assigns new leads in the marketing database system
Stays abreast of all community and product knowledge required to answer customer questions.
Documents daily traffic and assists community sales representatives with reports and information summaries to management.
Assists sales representatives with all administrative aspects of the sales office including, but not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing purchase and sale contracts, filing, event planning, coordinating maintenance of sales center and opening/closing the sales center and model homes
Producing and distributing various documents, including general correspondence, memorandums, statistical reports, presentation materials, etc.
Provides timely and consistent follow through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities
Assists in providing community tours to prospective residents and their families
Provides product and pricing information.
Filing and copying correspondence and other records
