The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for filling vacancies promptly and with full documentation by designing and executing sourcing, pipeline development, employer branding, labor market communication and talent data analysis. The role ensures a great experience for candidates, hiring managers and external parties while supporting the improvement and implementation of best practices in recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities include managing the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to define criteria and create compelling job descriptions, building talent communities, and handling volume recruitment through assessment centres. The partner also develops creative sourcing strategies, promotes the employer brand at events and digitally, maintains relationships with industry contacts and universities, ensures compliance with policies and legislation, and drives a positive candidate experience.
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) responsibilities require adherence to safety signs and procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, participation in drills, reporting hazards and incidents, and completion of required HSE training to ensure a safe workplace for all.
