Can liaise and monitor the work of contractors effectively, and update site records as and when servicing takes place in a timely manner,
Building maintenance duties, including minor repairs, changing of low level lamps and other tasks as required,
Litter picking, snow clearing, gritting, weeding, portering duties and cleaning of all areas,
Can manage the site security, unlocking and locking of all doors, entries and exits - ensuring the site is secure but accessible at all times,
Receive deliveries and distribute materials to building users.
Ensure delivery of PFI standards for the site, ensuring service delivery is to contractually set standards and in line with Health and Safety,
Supporting the Facilities Manager to deliver an on-site facilities management service,
Requirements

Full UK Drivers Licence.
You have previous experience in a caretaking and/or portering role,
