Our growing company is hiring a first‑shift Laser Operator at our Wayland, Michigan facility. The schedule alternates weekly between three‑day and four‑day work weeks, providing a three‑day weekend every other week, with daily hours from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The position starts at a minimum of $21 per hour, includes a $1,000 sign‑on bonus, paid vacation upon hire, and benefits after 30 days.
