Based in our Sydney Head Office and reporting to the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, you’ll contribute to Stockland’s long-term success by driving analysis and execution of complex capital markets transactions – including mergers, acquisitions, capital partnerships, and divestments.

Lead financial modelling, valuation, and portfolio analysis for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and divestments.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence outcomes and deliver strategic objectives.
Ensure CR&S and HS&E considerations are embedded in all capital transaction opportunities.
Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors.
Prepare high-impact presentations and board papers for senior leadership and the Board.

Exceptional analytical ability combined with commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with strong proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication skills – able to present complex ideas clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline with a strong quantitative focus.
Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets – ideally with exposure to M&A or strategic transactions.
