The Senior Programme Manager role, based in the South West of England, leads transformative infrastructure and engineering programmes for regional clients in water, transport, energy and related sectors. The position supports the full programme lifecycle—from definition and organisational design to readiness, maturity assessments, delivery and PMO implementation—while guiding multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes.
Joining a newly established regional team, the manager will shape strategy, build local relationships, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation as AECOM expands its South‑West & Wales capability. The role also involves mentoring staff, driving operational excellence, and promoting knowledge sharing both internally and with industry bodies.
