We are seeking a data‑driven, strategic Senior Demand Planner to develop and execute accurate demand forecasts that enhance supply‑chain efficiency and support company growth. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams, leads Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives, and drives continuous improvements across demand‑planning processes. This position is critical for aligning inventory with market demand and delivering actionable insights to leadership.

• Develop and maintain advanced demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical methods.
• Align inventory and demand planning with supply‑chain teams to minimize overstock and stockouts.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to gather inputs and lead monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings.
• Create and maintain dashboards that monitor forecast accuracy and provide actionable insights.
• Lead demand‑planning process improvements by implementing new tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply‑chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with demand‑planning software, statistical forecasting tools, and data‑visualization platforms such as Excel, SAP IBP, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including experience with statistical or machine‑learning techniques.
• Demonstrated success improving forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and OTIF performance.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership.
• Expertise in translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Salary $75,000‑$98,280 plus annual bonus; exempt status, no overtime eligibility.
