Electrical Project Manager

Plan, oversee and direct electrical projects for construction.

Develop project budget and track project costs according to contractual obligations.

Review and study project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals and contracts.

Disseminate relevant information to various departments related to the project.

Electrical project managers are responsible for overseeing and contributing to electrical projects for their organization. They are in charge of managing all aspects of electrical tasks and delegating responsibilities to electrical professionals.

Monitor project progress and maintain project schedule.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry. Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Electrical Project Manager) are a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.

Familiarity with electrical design, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).

Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

• High-rise experience is top tier, will also consider other complex project backgrounds (ex: downtown/city center shopping malls with multiple stories, multi story hotels/resorts, any large multi level mixed use building)
• Must have worked complex $10MM+ electrical projects
• Minimum 2 years experience as electrical project manager
