  • Monitor and audit conferences for quality and user experience, recommend and oversee enhancements
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and monitoring the productivity and performance of AV services staff to foster a high-performing team
  • Collaboration with organizational policymakers to establish and enforce proper AV practices
  • Advise on the purchase of new AV equipment; assist with its installation. Conduct research on, and make recommendations for, AV products in support of procurement and development efforts
  • Build and maintain a spare parts inventory for all AV equipment. Review and analyze audio visual system development requests to determine the level of IT support required, assignment of priorities and scheduling
  • Development of long-term strategies and capacity planning to meet future AV equipment and corporate technology needs
  • Researching advances in AV services and presenting recommendations for improvement
  • Help the development, design, implementation and support of Revantage’s corporate AV solutions, meeting rooms, conference rooms and training rooms
  • Train users on technology implementations and create documentation to improve user experience
  • Investigate internal system customizations and/or modifications to reduce vendor fees and implement the improved configurations
  • Set up, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot teleconferencing equipment, multimedia devices, televisions, monitors, projectors, recording equipment, speaker sets, digital cameras/camcorders, and other presentation equipment
  • Manage and drive vendors to deliver completed projects with stakeholder sign-off to ensure timely and quality project completion
  • Manage the daily video conference operations and all corresponding audio-visual related items
  • Developing and recommending new policies and procedures to enhance AV processes and ensure quality assurance
  • Hosting and running production for large events, including Townhall meetings

  • Ability to be hands-on but also lead
  • Expertise in onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex AV hardware problems
  • Advanced Technical Expertise: Require expertise in advanced AV platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Cisco, Creston, Qsys, BiAmp, Neat, Logitech, Polycom, One Beyond, and Shure to ensure seamless integration and operation of AV systems
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical field or heavy work experience in a similar environment
  • 8 or more years of professional experience as an Audio-Visual Engineer and/or Leader
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Broadcasting experience running control room for large events
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills to handle tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Some Travel will be required, position requires being onsite in office
  • Advanced knowledge of standard audio-visual services' tools and methodologies
  • Room booking resource knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and under own direction and initiative
