- Create and modify complex financial models to include cash flow projections, valuation models and sensitivity analyses
- Responsible for driving real estate development projects from beginning to end
- Perform lender due diligence
- Prepare pre development and development schedules
- Interpret financial performance with senior management
- Review and analyze Request for Proposals (“RFP”), as well as participate in the preparation of RFP submission packages
- Prepare project updates to investors and management
- Oversee and coordinate drawing sets through design cycle
- Assist the development management team throughout all project phases, including site acquisition, contracts, programming, entitlement, design, finance, construction, and leasing/marketing
- Coordinate capital calls
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for investors
- Participate in the process of sourcing new development and acquisition opportunities
- Assist with negotiation and execution of contracts
- Track and analyze market comparables; and benchmark projects
- Participate and assist with preparation of government agencies program applications, such as HPD, DOB, DOT, City Planning, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required
- Successful ability to present recommendations and interact with senior management and investment partners
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate development or investment, or other related activities in the real estate industry
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of general workflow and processes of building construction
- Advanced knowledge of budgets, cost reports and accounting terms
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Effective financial, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- An advanced degree in Real Estate Development, Business Administration or similar preferred
