5+ years of experience in leadership role
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with Oracle WM and Oracle ERP is a plus.
Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50lbs frequently unassisted)
Able to operate a forklift, and push and pull hand carts and hand trucks

Experience in Solar / Renewables Industry a plus
Requires extended periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward
Able to read labels and identify symbols

Experience in improving business processes via continuous process review & improvement techniques and incorporation of available systems technologies.
