As a Production Shift Manager, you will lead and supervise a production team on your assigned shift, ensuring operational targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience, team management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and coaching.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of production operators and technicians.
  • Monitor shift performance and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Ensure production targets (output, quality, efficiency) are consistently achieved.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Conduct shift handovers and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Ensure accurate completion of shift reports, production records, and KPI tracking.

Benefits

Salary: £46,100 + Overtime = earnings of £51000 and upwards achievable.
