

Responsibilities: * Complete structural analysis and design using various materials including concrete, steel, wood, and CMU * Produce clear calculations, detailed drawings, and well organized documentation * Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to solve problems early and efficiently * Review plans and specifications for accuracy, code compliance, and constructability * Contribute to project schedules and help manage workload across multiple active projects * Assist with mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices internally * Maintain strong communication with clients and support the delivery of high quality work
Requirements: * Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering * At least 5 years of structural engineering experience * Active California PE license * Solid understanding of local building codes and coastal design considerations * Ability to balance several deadlines while keeping work precise and organized
