You will own the complete hire‑to‑retire employee lifecycle, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits. The position also drives continuous improvement of HR policies, SAP HRMS usage and automation, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate brings 10‑12 years of HR experience in a small‑to‑mid‑size IT or software organisation, holds an MBA or postgraduate HR qualification, and has managed a workforce of 300 + employees. Strong analytical, stakeholder‑management and reporting skills, together with a collaborative mindset, are essential.
