Senior Site Manager

Description

As a Site Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure that the project is executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers, to ensure project success.
• Foster positive relationships with the project team and clients.

Requirements

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in commercial and warehouse projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
