Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Finance Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the Finance team, owning responsibility for AP and AR functions. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, driven to meet deadlines and has advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience with and knowledge of accounting software, MS Windows, MS Word, Internet.
Any experience with large multi-module cloud accounting systems (especially Dynamics NAV/ MS D365 Business Central) will be considered a great asset.
Exceptional team and workflow management skills.
Formal post-secondary training in accounting.
Demonstrated proficiency at MS Excel functions: Subtotal, Vlookup, Pivot Table, SUMIF and formatting.
Excellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills.
Highly reliable and deadline-driven.
3-5 years related experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting.
Ability to work well independently and with a team.
Superb attention to detail and accuracy.
