Carry out routine testing and inspections of plant equipment
Supervise externally sourced maintenance, work together with vendors on any maintenance or troubleshooting activities
From time to time, you will be rotated across different Keppel DHCS plant locations for training purposes. The frequency and duration will be assessed and decided by plant management
Assist zone engineer to track all plant statutory license and permits and handheld equipment calibration validities (Senior Maintenance Specialist)
Assist the supervisor with routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting at customer’s heat exchanger station
Lead internal plant maintenance according to schedule (senior Maintenance specialist)
Assist the supervisor to close Work Order / Service Request in Maintenance System
Responsible for the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) plants
Support supervisor in calibrations and control troubleshooting as required
Assist the supervisor in daily, weekly and monthly report submissions for monitoring and financial purposes
Maintain event log for plants maintenance activities
Perform goods receipt and service entry functions in SAP (Senior Maintenance Specialist)
Uphold a safe operating environment and carry out all maintenance activities in compliance with company's policies & procedures and government legislation. Understand safety requirements for Machine Guarding, LOTO, Permit to Work, Work at Height, Hot work, hazardous area classification and etc
Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs of plant equipment
Man the overall security system via the card access system and CCTV

Experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Maintenance Specialist positions.
Able to perform shift duty (12-hour rotating shift)
Basic awareness in Health, Safety and Environment
Experience in operating computerised BMS is an advantage, however operation training will be provided
Basic knowledge in air-conditioning equipment functionality
Willing to cover duty in different locations when required
Strong team-player with good communication skills
Able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, P&IDs and basic mechanical or parts drawings and manufacturer manuals
Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance in facility management or process plants
At least a NITEC certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Air-conditioning / Control & Instrumentation with minimum two years of relevant experience
