You also handle project setup, closeout, and contract readiness, ensuring lien waivers and insurance documentation are maintained. Your daily activities keep the project’s financial health aligned with schedules and budgets.
Leadership is central to the position – you facilitate project meetings, train team members, and drive a culture of safety, inclusion, and diversity. You support business development by contributing to proposals and presentations, and you cultivate strong relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms to keep projects on track.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management, accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline, and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure. The role is physically active, requiring frequent navigation of uneven terrain, lifting up to 50 lb, and extended periods of standing on active job sites, as well as desk work in an office setting. You will operate in varied weather, noise, and confined spaces while adhering to Clark Construction’s safety policies and a drug‑free workplace.
