Monitor changes and coordination with the project team;
Evaluate change requests, evaluate their impact on project objectives and communicate changes to stakeholders;
Ensure the quality of prepared project status reports, executive summaries, and dashboards to provide timely updates on performance.
Manage the cost control cycle throughout the project execution, by setting up projects/mandates, tracking budgets and schedules, within the project management system;
Ensure follow-up with project managers on regular updates of project forecasts, including periodic assistance in the estimation of remaining project costs, as well as necessary provisions and risks;
Calculate the initial budget on the basis of the proposal;
Records and resolves issues relating to project budgets and schedules;
Ensure and manage the project progress monitoring with discipline managers, including cost and schedule controls;
Ensure tracking of hours, expenses, costs and budget updates;

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Ability to work in a team;
Strong personal IT skills (MS Office suite) and relevant software skills specific to project controls.

Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills.
Bilingual (an asset), but proficiency in English language with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is required;
