Provide technical support for hands-on issues, perform board-room presentation setups, replace failed hardware, image laptops, desktops, and workstations, order/setup/provisioning of new hire equipment, decommissioning of old hardware, coordinate office/cubicle setup and moves, install/configure network printers, assist with company-based software/hardware deployments, respond to requests and incidents, resolve incidents within SLA, perform problem resolution research, escalate unresolved tickets, monitor and implement company policies.
Replace failed hardware on desktop and laptop computers Image laptops, desktops, and workstations Order/Setup/Provisioning of New Hire equipment Decommissioning of old hardware
Assist with company-based software/hardware deployments
Monitor and implement company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance is met Operational knowledge of networking, telephone, and infrastructure concepts
Participate in technology implementations, both corporate wide and business-unit based
Assist in LAN/WAN operations, including hardware install, support, documentation Familiarity with remote desktop support tools
Provide desk side support for hands on issues Perform Board-Room presentation setups Replace failed phones, printers, network cables
Respond to requests and incidents by phone, email, support queue, on-site visits, or remote-control sessions

3+ Years of experience in an IT support environment
