Possess excellent mechanical, administrative, and analytical skills
Possess knowledge of current IBC and OSHA safety requirements
Possess production management skills including the ability to visualize, plan, and execute goals
Ability to use current technology (i.e., laptop computer, tablet and smartphone)
Demonstrate proven success in driving projects to completion with zero-tolerance and technical guidelines
Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, standard work).
Knowledge of Sheetmetal fabrication practices and SMACNA standards
Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with internal and external customers
Minimum of five years of experience supervising in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy
Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner
A strong pipefitting, welding grade, plumbing and medical gas trade knowledge
